County Coaching Workforce Committee

The Coaching Workforce is a key priority for Wiltshire Tennis and we are delighted to confirm that we have a committee to support us with this area.

Sam Hull is the overall Coach Workforce Lead.   Sam is working with key Wiltshire Tennis and LTA Regional colleagues to support in the development of an annual county workforce plan that includes coach network events, ensuring the county has the necessary coaching qualifications and CPD courses and looking at ways of recruiting and retaining more coaches in the game.  Sam is also able to help communicate any issues that coaches in Wiltshire are experiencing to the relevant parties.

Sam is supported by Becky Kaufmann and Neil Little as Workforce Co-ordinators.   Becky has a focus on recruiting and retaining more females to coaching  and Neil has a focus on recruiting the younger workforce through the Tennis Leaders Courses.
