We are pleased to confirm the Wiltshire Tennis AGM will take place on Saturday 10th May at 2.30pm and will be followed by a Celebration Tea to celebrate 100 years of Wiltshire Tennis.
The AGM and celebrations will take place at Marlborough Golf Club, The Common, Marlborough, Wilts SN8 1DU.

We would very much like all Registered venues to join us at the AGM and Celebrations. In order to assist with catering and seating arrangements please would you be kind enough to confirm the attendees from your club by completing the short online form at https://forms.office.com/e/pA7XsQVw8n by Monday 21st April 2025. Please note that spaces are limited and if we are significantly over subscribed, then each venue will be limited to 2 attendees.
If Registered venues wish to nominate a new Trustee, members constituting at least 5% of the members or 10 members (whichever is greater), may together nominate one or more individuals (but never more than 12) to act as Charity Trustees by notice in writing to the Honorary Secretary in advance of the AGM. Each nomination for Charity Trustee made by the Charity Trustees or the members shall be put to a vote as a resolution. Under our new CIO constitution only Member organisations can vote at General Meetings. There’s a single vote per member and resolutions will be passed by simple majority. Other Registered Venue representatives can attend, but they are not able to participate or vote.
Thus far Wiltshire Tennis has 15 members out of 44 Registered Venues.
