LTA Safe to Play Annual Safeguarding Conference – 3rd October 2026

The LTA Safe To Play Annual Safeguarding Conference is to take place online virtually on Saturday 3rd October 2026 between 9am and 3.30pm.

Everyone who attends will receive one year extension on their safeguarding training and coaches and officials will be rewarded with four credit points.

There’s a broad range of exciting sessions relating to safeguarding lined up, aiming to cater for everyone attending whatever your role and level of experience. 

Even if you cannot attend on the day please sign-up to ensure you can access all the content post event and receive your credits.

The agenda is being finalised but sessions include a panel of Young Persons Welfare Ambassadors, specialist input from a range of safeguarding experts to understand what working together in safeguarding really means, and hearing from parents to understand the important role they have in supporting their child and embodying positive behaviours. There will also be a number of breakout sessions covering equality, diversity and inclusion, learning from serious cases, neurodiversity, anti-doping and integrity, Padel, and managing difficult situations.
