This NEW Coach Mentoring scheme is available to any Accredited Coach working at an LTA Registered Venue in Wiltshire, who wishes to develop their skills, knowledge and work towards achieving their set goals.

Wiltshire Tennis is committed to supporting and developing our current coach workforce to help us achieve our aspiration to ‘open up’ and increase tennis participation across Wiltshire.    

Wiltshire Tennis aim to support coaches with a range of interventions and grants to enable them to access both formal and informal mentoring opportunities.

Some examples include the following:

• Deloitte Coach Business Champions Programme
• Shadowing and supporting County Coaches during County Training
• Facilitating links with other coaches/venues delivering best practice
• Supporting with travel costs to watch National Standard tournaments (Awareness of Standards Opportunities)
• Support with diversifying coaching business (officiating etc)
